Two posts in one month !!!!

The rugrats are tired, grumpy, sick, and it hasn't stopped raining for nearly three weeks. It's been a long term.

Conversation after school contained this gem ...

Me (cheerfully) : "So how was your choir performance at the rest home this morning ?"

S (honestly confused) : "What's the point in singing to old deaf people ?"

Alrighty then ...

We are the champions !!!!!

I was planning on posting this a couple of weeks ago (yeah, yeah, I can tell you don't believe me), however, we forgot to take our camera to Auckland when we went and have had to wait for the MOTH's dad to email us the photos we took on the camera he kindly loaned us.

S's cheer team competed a couple of weeks ago at a competition in Auckland. It was her first competition so she was nervous, I was nervous, the MOTH thought it was all a bit of a joke.

And then we arrived and found out it wasn't just a competition, it was the NATIONALS !!!

And they won !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've never had a National Chamption in the family before. Yay us :)
