I suspect it might be (a).
PS : Some cretin stole my carpark this morning too, which hasn't helped matters any. My carpark ... the one I pay $50 a fortnight for !!!

That's terrible! I hope it stops soon. Can it be enforced through work? I hopped on over here from Lisa's blog (Internet Lovers) where I'm a regular reader.

It's a work carpark ... it was pinched by a client ... and unfortunately I work for a company where "clients = gods"
More likely than not it is a potentially explosive mixture of both. Be careful grasshopper!
