Inside the mind of a seven year old boy ...
K turns eight in eleven days (and counting !!). He's been working on a "birthday wish list" for several days now. The first four items ?
- Cell phone
- Digital video camera
- Stunt bike (because he isn't allowed to jump his racing bike)
- A dog
?!?!?!?!?!?!?
The rest of the list is a little more realistic (and I've left the spelling intact, for authenticity) ...
- Mega howla
- Somthing preshas
- Lego
- REMOTE controll car
- Surf Bord
- Big Bag of Junk food
- A new colla for the cat
- Pogo Stick (which was crossed off the list shortly after he fell off S's one before dinner)
I'd really like to know what happened to the little boy who was happy with new crayons and a Wiggles drink bottle ...

Oooo...I know the feeling! My youngest step-daugher is now 20 but when she was little, a couple of dolls, some doll clothes and a barbie or two got her by. Then *poof*...suddenly it was stereos, computers and a car??? Huh? When did that happen!!!???
He's been asking for a PlayStation since forever, but I refuse to have one in the house ...
I CAN buy him a credit-card sized key-chain "Spy" digital camera for about $15. He's probably still young enough to go for that ...
A spy camera? Yep, that sounds like something an eight year old would go for. :)
I hate to say this, but the older they get, although the spelling gets better and the list isn't as long, the costs are more difficult to deal with lol
Lego is cool. I had a thing about the K-nex stuff actually when my kids were younger...we've still got oodles of it around here lol
And I love the idea of the spy camera, that sounds VERY cool!
